Description of Significance THE GRANT COUNTY COURTHOUSE IS A THREE-STORY BUILDING THAT EXHIBITS AN ECLECTIC MIX OF TWENTIETH CENTURY REVIVALIST ARCHITECTURAL STYLES. BUILT IN 1909, THIS BRICK BUILDING IS ACCENTED WITH LIMESTONE AND RETAINS A HIGH DEGREE OF INTEGRITY, WITH ORIGINAL WOOD WINDOWS AND TERRA COTTA ROOFING TILES. THE BUILDING HOUSES COUNTY OFFICES AND IS VITAL TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT. LISTED IN THE NATIONAL REGISTER, 8/23/1984
